Our operations team plays a vital part in making this happen, whether attending reactive maintenance jobs, preparing berths for ships, or carrying out maintenance checks.
We're currently looking to recruit a Cargo Handler to join our team to provide an effective & efficient cargo hand service delivered to specific customer requirements and in line with Company quality processes.
Accountabilities
Key Requirements for the role are:
The shift pattern involves a rotating schedule with 8-day cycles, where employees work for 5 days with the potential for up to 12-hour shifts, followed by 3 days off. The specific shift times are communicated provisionally and then finalised before the shift starts, with the possibility of changes with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice. This pattern can also involve night shifts. The goal is to ensure adequate coverage while providing employees with regular rest periods.
