We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As a Sales Engineer at Commify, you will be the technical expert who supports our sales team in effectively presenting our messaging solutions to potential customers. You will work closely with our sales representatives to understand the customer's needs and provide customized product demonstrations and technical explanations. Your main goal is to help drive sales by showcasing the value and capabilities of our messaging technology.

Our ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with a strong technical background. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be responsible for delivering technical presentations and demos to customers. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • A passion for technology and delivering technical solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a customer facing environment with documentation skills and business process management 
  • Experience working with internal commercial teams 
  • Experience working on software and services integration and implementation programmes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning and organisational skills 
  • Supporting software delivery in a fast-paced commercial environment 
  • Strong organisational skills and flexibility 
  • Experience with APIs, ideally Rest, Json or XML 
  • Strong background in a SaaS environment 
  • Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills (technical/commercial/customer)
  • Comfortable with cascading unfavourable prioritisation decisions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of Agile methodologies

It would be great if you had:

  • Previous experienced working in a implementation/consultancy customer facing role 
  • Some Coding/ scripting skills; SQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript 
  • Working in an Azure or cloud environment.
