We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a communication and event specialist to provide engaging and inspiring events!
This role offers a unique chance to shape our communication and event strategies while collaborating with passionate teams committed to pushing boundaries. You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting both internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring seamless launches across our entire range of CGG products and services.
Reporting to the Global Exhibitions and Events Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Content Owners across Corporate, Business Lines, and Functional groups to craft event plans that align with their objectives.
The Communication Events Specialist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meticulously plan and execute events, from co-creating event agendas to managing event logistics and providing on-site support for facilitators, speakers, and guests. You will curate and oversee a variety of events, including in-person tradeshows, client events, user group meetings, and product launches. Each event aims to foster engaging interactions between speakers and attendees.
Essentially, you'll be responsible for every aspect of event planning and coordination.
