Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
This role is responsible for merchandising, trading, and allocation of factory outlets in UAE, aiming to maximize profitability while ensuring adequate stock levels. It involves implementing day-to-day trading operations, reviewing sales and stock, and focusing on planned sales, margin including executing promotions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Support strategic priorities aligned with company direction and market merchandising framework.
• Assist in building range plans and assortment plans for new store openings.
• Analyze best sellers, worst sellers, stock cover, and reactivity, providing recommendations.
• Manage merchandise flow and fulfillment deadlines.
• Specialize in merchandising systems and adapt to new tools.
• Utilize pre-season and in-season planning to maintain sufficient stock levels. • Provide in-depth analysis to support buying decisions.
• Lead merchandise launch plans for factory outlets.
• Implement markdowns and promotions to meet targets.
• Lead space management projects for efficient stock allocation.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or Economics
• 3-4 years of merchandising experience in a similar capacity
