We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to lead one of our dynamic cross-functional teams helping everyone to make better home decisions. Whether it’s an explorer team discovering new markets to drive growth, or a core team building and monetising value propositions in buying, renting, selling or managing experiences, every team at Houseful is committed to finding the next piece of value to unlock.

As a Senior Product Manager within the Homes Business Unit,  you could be leading the discovery of a net-new revenue stream, or elevating the product experience for a key B2C or B2B cohort. Your role will be central to driving growth in a strategic priority area, and you will thrive in a dynamic environment that constantly adapts to market insights and business priorities. Here, your impact will always be   focussed on the most important thing. 

About You:

You are passionate about solving problems for people, whether that’s users, B2B partners or even your own colleagues. You are data and experiment-led, making your decisions with a healthy combination of evidence and experience. You leverage a range of techniques  - from market and customer research to lean experimentation and A/B testing - to determine the ideas and iterations that will propel our business forward in the quickest and leanest way possible. 

Comfortable with ambiguity, you understand that the team or product you work with today might transform in a few months, and you are confident in contributing to shape Houseful's strategy and teams. A natural leader, you value collaborative relationships with key partners in engineering, design, data, sales, and marketing to ensure we work in the most effective way possible, driving the highest performance together 

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to craft and articulate the why, what, and how of product strategy, making decisions that balance detail with a broader perspective.

Analytical Excellence:

Strong analytical skills to synthesise complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Experimentation Drive:

Passionate about testing hypotheses, learning from failures, and iterating rapidly to uncover the most promising revenue opportunities. Embraces a fail-fast mentality.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Comfortable with uncertainty, adaptable to changing circumstances, and eager to pioneer new directions that may deviate from traditional approaches.

Collaborative Spirit:

A team player capable of seamlessly collaborating with diverse teams, bridging communication gaps, and rallying colleagues around shared goals.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting ideas, business cases, and progress updates with clarity and impact.

Delivery Leadership:

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, evaluation and iteration, delivering value in the quickest, most feasible way.

Digital Experience:

A strong understanding of digital marketplaces, e-commerce, and/or industries related to Zoopla. Insightful understanding of customer behaviour and industry trends.
