With Intelligence is seeking an experienced and motivated BackEnd Team Lead to join our growing tech team. As the BackEnd Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of software engineers focused on the development and maintenance of our back-end systems. You will collaborate with other teams, such as the FrontEnd, DevOps, and Product teams, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of back-end software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as FrontEnd, DevOps, and Product teams, to define project requirements and deliverables
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems and APIs
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and regular feedback
• Identify and resolve technical issues faced by the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Team Lead or similar role, preferably in a software development environment
• Strong proficiency in back-end development using languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Experience with designing and building scalable and performant APIs
• Knowledge of database systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to support the team
• Passionate about technology and staying updated with industry trends
