The Role:
As the Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will support the Project and Process Manager to achieve Stock Accuracy within the MEDC. You will be responsible for Monitoring and Maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and implementing strategies to Minimize overstocks with all storage facilities. As a key member of the Warehouse Team, you will be involved in planning capacity within the warehouse. You will produce weekly reports on key logistical data including warehouse stock valuations and storage capacity.
Duties & Responsibilities: ·         Resolve and Maintain Stock Variances through internal systems. ·         Issue daily, weekly, Monthly reports. ·         Analyse and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure Maximum capacity utilisation within the MEDC.·         Monitor perpetual inventory targets to ensure the efficient running of the MEDC and business targets are met. ·         Actively participating in Stock takes to ensure all housekeeping activities are up to date beforehand. ·         Manage off-site storage. ·         Utilise forecasting tools and historical data to predict demand enabling proactive planning for warehouse resources and space utilization. ·         Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance overall warehouse efficiency. ·         Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. ·         Monitor and support supplier compliance within the warehouse operation.·         Attend cross-functional meetings to provide updates on warehouse planning activities/ share insights and gather input from other departments, collaborate with team members to address challenges, and implement improvements collectively. ·         Carry out specific duties and take part in operational aspects of the warehouse as and when required.·         Adhere to all Health & safety regulations and company policy.  Brand: ·         Understand and demonstrate the Mulberry employee values and behaviours: Be Bold, Be Imaginative, Be Open, Be Responsible.·         Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.·         Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand. Made To Last:

·         Computer literate with Microsoft Excel skills.·         Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. ·         Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools, such as inventory management and systems software ( Manhattan Preferably).·         Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. ·         Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, Managing multiple priorities and deadlines. ·         Occasional Flexibility with additional hours. ·         Previous experience/ knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics systems and processes, particularly Inventory management·         Demonstrates energy, commitment and focus to ensure results are delivered.·         Proven ability in producing accurate work with attention to detail. ·         Enjoys working as part of a team.
