Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with leading automotive clients worldwide and our global distribution network, whilst providing an engaged and positive sales experience for our customers. Your main purpose is to lead the development, and facilitate the smooth running of the Inside Sales Team, and to own the day-to-day operation and strive to maximise performance. You will be comfortable identifying ways to improve existing processes and collaboratively develop new ways of working with the Inside Sales Team members. Having previously led a team of people, you will be at home actively coaching and mentoring your team, and this will enable you to evolve the department and take our customers experience to the next level.

What will you be doing?

• You will need to work cooperatively with other internal departments to fully understand our customers’ needs, and ensure they are updated every step of the way.
• Complete Line Management and the Administration of the Inside Sales Team - including objective setting and appraisals, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Overseeing CRM, Sales Quotation and Order Process Management - including building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects, as well as ensuring quotations and orders are dealt with efficiently and accurately. 
• Managing Issue Monitoring and Resolution 
• Identifying Improvement Initiatives and streamline processes to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

• Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A solid, self-motivated team player
