Job Description

Primary Function of Position

Intuitive is seeking a Customer Training Program Specialist with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This individual will report to the Director, Customer Training-APAC and will be an integral part of our growth strategy. Customer Training is a complex logistical function within the organization that relies on strategic and efficient business processes and workflow that help to scale the Customer Training organization. The Program Specialist will be responsible for optimizing daily operations, ensuring smooth process flow, and identifying improvements that lead to operational excellence. This includes analyzing business procedures, maintaining quality, tracking metrics and activities, coordinating logistics, and working on special projects.

Essential Job Duties

  • Identify key business needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead continuous Improvement projects that lead to operational excellence.
  • Lead logistics and coordination of summits, society events, congresses, and academic events in collaboration with the program management team and marketing.
  • Lead and manage HCP agreements, compliance requirements, submissions, and documentation for Customer training programs in collaboration with compliance team.
  • Lead and manage educational grant and/or sponsorship requests/submissions.
  • Develop and maintain Customer Training marketing assets (TC maps, Newsletter, presentations).
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies, procedures & work instructions for new or existing program or products.
  • Organize and monitor Customer Training projects regionally.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and deliverables between regional cross functional groups.
  • Align and manage deadlines, budgets, and activities for the department.
  • Create and report outcomes of relevant surveys and evaluation tools.
  • Assisting with the development of reporting tools.
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate status of yearly and quarterly goals in collaboration with the Ops & Innovation team and training leadership.
  • Manage requests for Customer Training data and information.
  • Manage document control management systems submissions to completion (Veeva, Agile).
  • Collaborate with legal/contracts to communicate contract updates and renewals; manage and maintain records of global training and loan agreements.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Attention to detail to oversee and make improvements to departments' efficiencies and productivity.
  • Understanding of regional regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong desire and capability to listen, identify problems and drive to solutions leveraging data and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizations.
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated.

Required Education and Training

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Medical Device; Professional Education or Marketing.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with lean processes – LSS Black Belt.
  • Knowledge of sales, training, or marketing software tools.
