Service Delivery Coordinator
Salary Circa £45,000
We have an opportunity for an Service Delivery Coordinator to join our newly formed tenacious Third-Party Information Security Assurance Team (TPISA) helping coordinate the TPISA end to end service by confirming the assessment schedule, resourcing the assessments, escalating issues and reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders. This is a great job for someone seeking an opportunity to apply their analytical and/or project management skills in an ambitious and fast paced role. We also actively encourage educational development through certifications, training, self-learning and on the job training.
A bit about the job:
Working with our assurance partner and internal contacts to organise and resource all supplier assessments, you will handle the lifecycle of assessments which includes supplier related communications, agreeing the initial scope, scheduling and tracking delivery to completion. Working collaboratively with the internal TPISA team you will support a continuous improvement regime. You will be responsible for producing monthly and 6 monthly reports covering assessments and remediation activities. Additionally, you will be the Go-To TPISA scheduling resource, able to provide relevant and accurate status information on the programme of work.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent data analysis/advanced Excel skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, reporting and communication skills. ability to work collaboratively with teams from other disciplines within Aviva and with our suppliers.
Experience with Power BI/other low-code technologies or GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer) would be advantageous.
Experience in information security or IT risk/audit would be advantageous.
Having a positive and curious mindset that will help manage concurrent complex activities to short timescales and work under pressure to manage the assurance process.
