Adobe Designer
Salary: Circa £45,000
Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is a collection of data platform teams that facilitate fundamental customer interactions and journeys, which enable Aviva to deliver on its customer-centric strategy and most importantly, appropriate, and fair customer decisions.
There are 3 other platform teams within the Customer Data Platform, each with its own designers, so in this role you will be part of a community to ensure consistent ways of working and to get ongoing support.
We are constantly modernising our complex data estate and play an important part in all Aviva teams achieving strategic targets, whilst supporting business self-service where possible. We welcome those with specific suitable skills – or with a healthy appetite to learn and develop these skills with us.
The team is based in multiple locations: Norwich, Bristol, and Perth
A bit about the job:
This role resides in the Marketing platform team, which supports a wide range of applications and technologies/databases which enable Aviva Marketers utilise customer data to improve their experience with us whilst approaching them at the most appropriate times. This includes contact focuses such as email, SMS, interactions within our MyAviva App and tracking and logging their contact history all whilst making sure this critical data is always kept safe.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in managing and operating products within the Marketing/Adobe toolset, but this is not mandatory. The candidate will have excellent communication skills both with external stakeholders and within the team they operate and provide direction. You will need to be comfortable creating visual, technical designs that both teams and stakeholders can understand. You will be comfortable to take accountability for certain products or features within the Adobe eco system and drive them forward.
