NAFIS is a governmental federal program aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the Emirati human resources and empowering them to occupy jobs in the United Arab Emirates’ private sector over the next five years. It is launched as part of the “Projects of the 50”, which aim to accelerate the development journey of the UAE.
Job title:
As a Customer Experience Specialist for Philips Health Systems, you will be supporting the customer journey mapping methodology, identification and performance of appropriate tooling, activities, work flows and change management programs to improve customer experience. In partnership with senior leadership, you will drive accountability through cross-company data and metrics.
Your role:
• Support the Customer Experience team with relevant activities: logistics management, transactions, customer follow-ups
• Identify customer insights and needs in terms of customer experience, and consistently capturing user feedback from the field, measurement and maintenance of customer satisfaction
• Ownership of user analytics and data sharing, using this as a basis for sharing insights with the business
• Engage and consult with internal and external stake holders on Customer Experience initiatives

1. You're an Emirati national, holding Family Book and registered/ able to register in NAFIS
2. Post-2022 university graduate
3. Fluent in both English and Arabic
4. Having a customer-oriented mindset
5. Bring strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
6. Previous experience with SAP is preferred
