NAFIS is a governmental federal program aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the Emirati human resources and empowering them to occupy jobs in the United Arab Emirates’ private sector over the next five years. It is launched as part of the “Projects of the 50”, which aim to accelerate the development journey of the UAE. Job title:
As a Sales Analytics Specialist for Philips Health Systems, you will be supporting the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa Sales team in building best in class sales strategies and analyzing current work flows and change management programs to improve customer experience. In partnership with senior leadership, you will drive accountability and building client relationship through cross-company data and metrics.
Your role:
• Run Daily and Weekly Management on OIT and relevant KPIs
• Analyze actual performance metrics and provide feedback and improvement suggestions to sales leadership
• Provide funnel analysis for monthly and quarterly business plans
• Partner with sales leadership to develop an accurate forecast that will enable the company to achieve its goals
• Partner with the sales team to improve NPS
• Act as a liaison (for order booking) between market and central team and ensure swift and clean order booking
• Adopt and support standard work across territory for Sales Operations
• Provide training and consultation to SFDC users regarding Philips Sales •Process and relevant KPIs

1. You're an Emirati national, holding Family Book and registered/ able to register in NAFIS
2. Post-2022 university graduate in Biomedical Engineering / IT / Finance / Analytics
3. Fluent in both English and Arabic
4. Having a customer-oriented mindset
5. Bring strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
