Blue Yonder Title: Sr Product Director 

Overview 

Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a Sr. Product Director to join our Product Management team. The Sr. Product Director will play a key role in driving the strategy, development and execution for the company's Retail Planning solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will bring new products to market that meet the needs of our customers and drive the continued success of Blue Yonder's supply chain software products. 

What you’ll do

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for Blue Yonder's supply chain software products. 

• Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs. 

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, gather customer requirements, and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements. 

• Measure and analyze the success of product launches and make recommendations for future improvements. 

• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, both internally and externally. 

• Mentor and develop team members. 

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 15+ years of global leadership experience in building and implementing supply chain planning and retail products and solutions with proven track record of success.

• Extensive track record of bringing software products to market successfully. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 

• Experience working in Agile development methodologies. 

• Deep knowledge of the supply chain software industry and the competitive landscape. 

• Proven leadership and mentorship experience.

The Salary range for this position is $165,00.00 to $218,000.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
