Our team is hiring a Workflow Solution Consultant to help increase the sales of Sony's media solutions business to new and existing customers including, but not limited to, broadcasters, news agencies and productions, and entertainment.
You will:
Serve as a Workflow Solution Consultant for our media & entertainment industry customers, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to delivery, working closely with internal/external teams throughout the presales, implementation, and support phases.
Present, promote, and demonstrate Creators’ Cloud solutions (especially Ci Media Cloud) to new and existing customers.
Manage pipelines, monitor project progress, and regularly synchronise/forecast with the solution marketing team.
Participate and demonstrate products in conferences/trade shows or customer workshops.
Capture customer requirements to anticipate future developments of various solutions with our planning and design teams.
You will have:
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, other relevant subject, or equivalent education and experience.
Prior exposure to the media & entertainment industry, with experience selling and promoting SaaS solutions.
Knowledge and professional experience in customer operations and workflows
Knowledge of competitors’ SaaS Solutions.
Knowledge of Networks, containerisation, virtualisation, storage, Cloud technologies, 5G, SaaS, ST2110, AI, and machine learning
General knowledge of software development lifecycle
Understanding of Media/Production Management systems
An understanding of IP/Network, Cloud, AI technologies is a plus
Fluent in the English language with strong oral and written communication, with the ability to adapt your style according to the audience.
