Job Description

Experienced in airframe structure design engineering development. CATIA v5 hands on. Experience in UAM, eVTOL is an advantage.

 Application of Product Standards in case of alternate requirements, understanding of material requirements etc.

Lead Design activities and act as Technical Focal for project(s).

Manage the execution of the work packages identified and ensure the convergence of the delivery plans with customer requirements.

Define the budgets required for the execution of work packages identified.
 Coordinate the allocation and execution of technical activities between him/herself, another team member onsite/offsite team.

Define design solutions for new components / assemblies and modifications to existing components (Composites and metallic) according to cost, weight, quality, manufacturability, serviceability and performance.

To provide evidence of design compliance with Customer / Technical specifications.

Prepare drawings and other engineering data required for the manufacturing of the product and data submittal to the customer.

Produce ECN as required to support manufacturing, customers, quality, and certification.

Ensure own and teams’ quality of deliveries. Verify, check and sign off on Program co-workers’ engineering drawings.

Lead the progress review meetings with the customer project team to report progress on the work packages.

Report KPI and alignment with budget for work packages in progress and deliveries.
