Position: Sr. Marketing Manager QSR Europe

Join Ecolab’s Global Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) division as a Sr. Marketing Manager QSR for Europe. Global QSR delivers a comprehensive cleaning and food safety program developed specifically for the quick service, fast casual and small footprint markets, partnering with our customers to identify cleaning and sanitation opportunities while reducing food safety risks and the spread of foodborne illnesses.
The Sr Marketing Manager leads the QSR Europe marketing team, which owns marketing and innovation for products, categories and QSR programs. The SMM actively works with customer teams to have broad understanding of the market -- competitive as well as customer insights -- and transfers that knowledge into actionable strategies. They will create a strong partnership with the selling organisation and connect marketing strategies to sales goals. As well as actively communicating and sharing knowledge with global business counterparts, this role acts as a champion of the Ecolab brand and delivery of the Ecolab value. The SMM QSR for Europe is part of the QSR Europe Leadership Team and reports to Vice President, QSR Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
Manages a Marketing team of associates and champions their development.
Creates marketing strategies, programs and pricing strategies which will deliver profit objectives for the QSR Europe.
Works closely with R&D and regulatory teams for product development strategies and long-term planning including leading projects through the phase gate process.
Works with the Portfolio team to lead new platforms, products and teams through the Phase Gate process to successful launch, as appropriate.
Leads the creation of comprehensive marketing communications and sales promotion initiatives to meet sales objectives.
Develops in-depth customer, market and industry knowledge. Identifies and communicates internally overall QSR division needs and opportunities.
Stays current on market standards and practices and understand impact on Ecolab product line and business.
Understands how to articulate the value of our programs to both internal and external stakeholders, supports Sales teams with consistent TVD story for EBRs for global accounts.
Active involvement in developing training programs and sales tools to support the Sales and Field Teams in response to customer and competitive needs.
Provides competitive intelligence to field sales to counter competing programs.
Leads the cross-functional business team to prioritize resources and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree with seven+ years of experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Understanding and commitment to customer priorities.
Must have well-developed leadership qualities with an ability to create strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook.
