CRM Calendar Planning & Delivery Specialist
As a Planning & Strategic Project Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our CRM program's effectiveness. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive traveler engagement across our global markets including planning, localizing, and streamlining processes to ensure our CRM platform is leveraged to its full potential across the globe.
What you'll do:
Own inputs & deadlines needed to craft, synthesize and communicate TEaL’s Global CRM Calendar & delivery roadmaps
Work with experienced team members to identify resources required to support the delivery of TEaL’s Calendar & Initiatives
Support and maintain project and review schedules, communicating across teams to ensure stakeholders are informed of timelines
Project manage our global markets calendar, ensuring timely execution, and robust reporting.
Collaborate on the TEaL localization strategy & global CRM Calendar, ensuring necessary requirements & dependencies are gathered, thoughtfully synthesized, and tracked through their delivery processes
Respond to stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner
Help create more synergies between teams by providing regular information flow & stakeholder check-in meetings including set up & ownership of periodic business reviews
Communicate overarching project timelines and develop a schedule of tasks to achieve project milestones
Assist with TEaL internal communication, training & workshops
Gathers relevant information to communicate concepts & plans & milestones clearly
Keep comprehensive records of planning processes, guardrails, and deadlines
Understands customers’ and other (internal / external) stakeholders' needs, and begins to develop the skills necessary to help customers and stakeholders understand business challenges
Design & coordinate workshops and cross-functional sessions to gather requirements including agenda planning, meeting set up and content gathering
Provide training and offer ongoing support regarding calendar intake & change requests

Able to articulate concepts and ideas to inform stakeholders
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent related professional experience
2+ years of work experience as a planner or program manager
Experience with JIRA and Confluence, use case development, and scoping requirements
Project management training, qualification, or experience
Previous experience working with global brands
