We’re currently looking for a Security Manager to join our team at the Nissan North Americas Headquarters in Franklin, TN.
Job Summary
The Security Manager (Non-Manufacturing), US and Canada, leads the security, intelligence, and emergency response functions for Nissan’s non-manufacturing locations within the US and Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing the Nissan Americas Security Operations Center, physical security equipment at non-manufacturing locations, leading confidential product security missions, and ensuring security officer staffing at Nissan’s non-manufacturing locations across the US and Canada.

Management Accountabilities
As necessary, performs other related duties as assigned by management. Must be flexible, as position requires on call 24 hour/7 days per week.
Minimum Qualifications
The following statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
Job Knowledge and Skill:
10 plus years of specifically related physical security experience. Program management of security operations is strongly preferred.
Education and Experience:
10 plus years minimum combined experience in corporate security, law enforcement, threat intelligence, and/or investigations. Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred. Demonstrated experience effectively leading responses to security incidents, monitoring of assets and communicating to senior leadership. Proven experience developing and executing an enterprise physical security program.
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Industrial Security or a similar field.
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Experience with physical security systems and applications including Video Management Systems (Avigilon, Lenel etc.), access control systems (Lenel, CCURE etc.), case management systems (Ontic, Resolver, etc.), Critical Event Intelligence platforms (Core/Hyperion, Crisis24, AlertMedia, etc.), Emergency Mass Notification tools (Everbridge, AlertMedia, Send Word Now, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools to include Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project etc.
