Role overview
Given our exciting and ambitious growth plans, we’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior CRM Executive to own all tactical planning and execution of our developing CRM strategy. This includes ideating and delivering innovative seasonal campaigns, product marketing, plus retention and reactivation campaigns through our marketing automation CRM tool, Hubspot.
Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, and working closely with Product, Brand, Design, Localisation, CX and the wider Marketing teams, the ideal candidate is a CRM expert, with strong hands-on experience working in a fast-paced organisation. You’ll ideally be an advanced user of Hubspot, or similar marketing technology (such as Braze or Salesforce), and have solid experience in CRM tactical campaigning.
As we expand and grow, the role will predominantly be focused on a B2B audience (businesses using Fresha software), however will soon expand to include B2C (customers booking services via our marketplace app). This is a crucial role to ensure we’re maximising engagement and conversion at all stages of the user lifecycle, plus utilising best-in-class CRM across all Hubspot features and channels to generate the highest impact for our marketing and sales programs.

What you will be doing
- You’ll own all tactical planning and execution of our CRM strategy, efficiently managing campaigns from inception through to delivery by collaborating with wider teams to deliver projects in a timely manner.
- You’ll work closely with the Head of CRM to define better ways of delivering CRM, including processes, automation and best practices.
- You’ll own the process of briefing, building & QAing of CRM campaigns in HubSpot, including: Push, InApp, Email, and SMS. You’ll build and optimise our automated campaigns, driving partner success across their lifecycle with Fresha.
- You’ll own campaign reporting, identifying areas of opportunity and optimise campaigns to drive performance.
- You’ll work closely with Brand, Design, Product, Commercial, Localisation and wider Marketing team to deliver quality communications to our Fresha partners. You’ll work closely with our Brand and Social teams to align cross-channel messaging.
- You’ll work with sales and analytics to maintain and report on our sales pipeline, driving growth through converting leads to active Fresha partners
- From seasonal campaigns and product marketing, to marketing automation - you will be responsible for leveraging the Fresha database to its maximum potential.
- You’ll be responsible for delivering CRM best-practice, upholding policies and processes, identifying issues and taking corrective action.
- You’ll measure and evaluate CRM data to determine the effectiveness of our campaigns.

To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.
What we are looking for
- 1-2 years experience with email marketing (HubSpot preferred, but not essential).
- Experience building automated email workflows.
- Experience working with creative teams to deliver high-quality and impactful campaigns.
- A growth mindset - someone who is resourceful, enjoys finding solutions, removes barriers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership.
- Ability to simplify: break work and problems down into manageable pieces; convey, receive and interpret ideas, present tailored information to a diverse range of audiences, and influence decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring new perspectives and with multiple competing deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related degree.
- Must be a strong and confident communicator, great at building relationships with peers
