Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Location: London (Hybrid working – 3 days in office)

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a member of the finance team you’ll serve a key function in driving business change through understanding our data and making recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Provide detailed data analysis and insightful MI to enable strategic and operational decision making
• Prepare monthly dashboards for ExCo and Board presentations
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Partner with sales leadership in producing accurate revenue forecasts
• Partner with business line heads in resource planning, pricing and client engagements
• Own a number of key financial models and report to ExCo
• Undertake and initiate projects to improve know-how, internal processes and controls, and reporting accuracy

Skills and experience required for this role:

• Ability to integrate data and present appropriate to audience
• Extensive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) background
• Experience in building new financial models to drive business decisions.
• Strong communication at all levels.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work under strict deadlines whilst maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Advanced Excel skills and accounts system administration.
• Experience of working with Salesforce or Kimble would be highly advantageous

This is a permanent role located in London.
