Red Bull UK is recruiting for a National Sales (Value Retail) Intern for 3 months to be based in London, UK.
To gain an understanding of sales in an FMCG environment through working on a crucial project ensuring availability of Red Bull products in the value retail subchannel, whilst ensuring that the Red Bull brand looks like #1 in store. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 10th June 2024 to 6th September 2024. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.

Collaborate with Value Retail customers to ensure that Red Bull is displayed prominently and effectively in store, with focus on optimisation of branded secondary space to maximise impact and potential uplift.
Work with internal teams such as shopper and category to build tools (i.e., planograms and rationale) to share with retail customers and encourage adoption of these tools.
Conduct regular store visits to identify opportunities for improvement, and then assess compliance once adopted by stores.
Evaluate key sales metrics (ROI, sales uplift) on stores with secondary space to support a business case for full estate roll out of chillers and FSDUs.
Further, analyse new sales promotions in the value retail channel and present back findings vs PY
Availability
Devise and execute a strategy to improve Red Bull’s availability & minimising out of stocks by working collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders.
Through using data & insights, demonstrate what availability is worth across the Value Retail sector.
We're not looking for experience or qualifications. Instead, we want someone who is:
A keen interest in FMCG and Account Management
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers
Outstanding communication and able to build relationships internally and externally
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint desired
Valid UK driving licence with minimum 12 months driving experience
