As the Manager, Logistics Planning, you will determine and implement changes to our existing logistics and fulfillment processes needed to implement the new End to End (E2E) Planning Process. You will report to the Senior Manager, End-to-end Supply Chain, and be located in Santa Monica, California.
LOGISTICS OPERATION
Create distributor customer master data in our operational systems and to integrate with new Geo Split Tools.
Work with E2E Project Lead to refine Order Management Process for all distributor partners and direct customers
Use recommendations from E2E Project, provide solutions and enhancements to all logistical operation flows (inbounds/outbounds) in collaboration with 3rd Party logistics providers and internal logistic team
Establish working relationship with our regional teams, distributors, logistics partners, and operations team members to provide high levels of customer support
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Develop and share project tracker for all logistics activities and deliverables and ensure agreement on E2E Project deliverables
5+ years of experience leading logistics functions
Experience managing a team, either as direct reports or as in project lead.
Experience in planning tools such as SAP APO / MRP and IBP
Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skill (Vlookup, Index/Match, Pivot table, Conditional format).
Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.
Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business measurements for success.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
The base salary range for this position is $96,330 to $106,470 + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
