Red Bull UK are recruiting for a Trade Marketing Manager - QSR & Catering to be based in London, UK.
In this position you will manage the Trade Marketing strategy for QSR and Catering in the On Premise. Your remit will be to ensure that we deliver best in class results in relation to our business priorities, ensuring that we look Awesome in Outlet across the covered universe. You will work alongside the national accounts and field teams, providing them with the right tools and resources to drive consumption in the On Premise and achieve our LLN1 targets. From nightclubs, bars and festivals to quick service restaurants, delivery apps and workplaces, the On Premise is a unique environment where people come together with an ice cold can of Red Bull. The role of Trade Marketing is to lead the marketing strategy within the On Premise, with the aim to position Red Bull as the #1 brand for the consumer and trade. Achieved by increasing visible distribution, building Red Bull's relevance and increased use across the entire On Premise.
LEADING OUR WINNING MINDSET
Spearhead acquisition & growth of new customers and continue to push the boundaries with existing ones, via impactful Joint Business Plans (JBP’s) to increase our Distribution & Volume
Development of national ATL & BTL marketing campaigns in alignment with global brand department
Support cross departmental collaboration: development of toolkits, field support for implementation
Close alignment with Key Accounts team to identify opportunities and needs to secure
Look & Act Like #1 activation and execution
Understand the Field Teams priorities and how we therefore can assist in achieving them
DRIVE STRATEGY WITH CUSTOMERS
Be the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities and projects for customer partners
Understand customer needs and align with Red Bull Brand and On Premise strategic priorities
Work with marketing counterparts (e.g. Brand) for customer marketing plans development
Represent the Brand to promote business opportunities
CATEGORY AND INSIGHTS
Be the expert in the QSR and Catering world’s, spending time in trade to make informed decisions and build appropriate concepts and tools
Have an in depth understanding of our top customers and therefore be able to make relevant business recommendations to them
Strong experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with brands across marketing and insight functions
Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade are required
Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
Solid understanding of sales processes & high level negotiation with National & Regional Key Accounts
Strategic ability: Can develop specific, valuable, innovative strategies and concepts, while not losing sight of the commercial ‘big picture’
Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills
Passion for establishing new business partnerships
Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
