Red Bull UK is recruiting for a Driving & Travel Sales Intern for 3 months to be based in London, UK.

The Driving and Travel intern is required to support the wider team in ensuring customer compliance, and availability, and executing our head office agreements with customer-led data. The main purpose of this role would utilise the data currently available through our data partners, to drive our focus on availability across our Red Bull portfolio, whilst executing in-store activation through our perfect store principles. This role will have exposure to multiple teams outside of the commercial team, to support the overall objectives. The intern will be supported by the shopper marketing team to ensure we maximise all our Red Bull assets in delivering perfect store, whilst also liaising with our category team to analyse the data and ensure we have full availability in stores. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 10th June 2024 to 6th September 2024. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.

Job Description

Store visits

Plan weekly journey to ensure maximise the total store coverage.
Build relationships with senior contacts within the store to influence additional placements and address any availability issues through stock gap checks and where possible increase in-store availability.

Representing the brand

Follow the Red Bull principles and ensure the Red Bull brand is presented to a high standard at all times.

Qualitative and Quantitative data

Work closely with our category team to collate and analyse data through our various data sources, to present your argument for increased availability/incremental space in store.
Being able to utilise this data to also present recommendations to the wider commercial and shopper team on ways we can increase availability, visibility, and overall sales. 

Qualifications

We're not looking for experience or qualifications. Instead, we want someone who is:
A keen interest in data analysis and in-store execution.
Ability to collect, amend, and present data in an effective format.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to present charts and graphs.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Be enthusiastic and versatile and be able to build, develop, and maintain good working relationships with colleagues. Ability to work individually/remotely for long periods of time.
Full Clean UK Driving Licence
