Company Description

The Field Support Department empowers Off-Premise Sales teams and Distributors by providing cutting-edge tools, seamless communication, and advanced technology to ensure the successful attainment of business objectives. We seek a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to fill the role of Sr. Manager. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance store execution in retail environments, particularly those facing challenges related to high theft. This role demands a proactive approach to formalize shrink reporting systems, quantify the impact of retail theft, and collaborate with key accounts to devise solutions aimed at improving capability and mitigating challenges associated with shrinkage during retail sales calls.

Job Description

SECURITY STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

Develop and implement effective retail security strategies to prevent theft and reduce product losses while maintaining a premium brand look.

Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor industry trends to enhance solutions for retail security protocols.

Influence security strategy and protocols for point of sale solutions required to secure the product at retail.

Collaborate with the Field Support Communications department to create awareness and communicate “wins”.

Partner with Trade Marketing to ensure a robust portfolio of anti-theft point of sales solutions that maintain premium standards for shoppers.

Educate sales employees on the effectiveness of premium retail security solutions, enabling them to confidently promote theft prevention during sales calls.

 

SHRINK REPORTING SYSTEMIZATION AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Architect and implement a formalized system for reporting and monitoring shrink for all retail customers across North America.

Implement a dynamic, data-driven tiered rating system that categorizes stores based on shrink impact to in store execution.

Collaborate closely with Operations to establish a formalized process for tracking, communicating, and proactively mitigating future incidents of stolen goods related to Distributor shipments.

Design and implement robust loss prevention processes and procedures across retail locations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures seamlessly into daily operations.

Serve as the authoritative subject matter expert, actively consulting on distinguishing between real and perceived theft.

Partner with Key Accounts in high-impact geographies overcome challenges associated with theft. Developing processes and tools to demonstrate correlation of sales profit versus shrink.

 

STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION

Implement solutions that enhance store execution, customer experience, and overall profitability.

Stay updated on cutting-edge security technologies and tools relevant to loss prevention.

Identify and implement technological innovations to measure the effectiveness of solutions in high shrink areas.

 

COLLABORATION WITH THIRD PARTY COMPANIES

Partner with Private Investigator firm to work with local law enforcement and retail shrink departments.

Provide timely and accurate information to aid in the investigation and resolution of retail theft incidents.

Develop and implement effective incident response plans for retail theft or security breaches.

Proactively collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure swift and successful resolution of security incidents, minimizing losses and protecting company assets.

 

PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of solutions.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop executive briefs for Sales Leadership teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred

Experience in retail security and loss prevention solutions

Vital understanding of security technologies and their application in retail environments

Ability to build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $137,000 to $151,000 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
