We are looking for a driven, organised and ambitious Talent Development Coordinator to join the team in London, reporting into the Talent Development Manager.
Your future role at QRT:
- Assist with the logistical aspects of training, scheduling for internal employees, booking rooms and venues, liasing with vendors and organising training materials
- Coordinate induction days and training schedules
- Keep the digital learning platforms up to date
- Form lasting relationships with partner training providers
- Contribute to the firm-wide learning and development calendar
- Support the induction and onboarding process
- Coordinating various Talent Development programmes and communicating with stakeholders on offerings
- Planning and executing training events, focused on learning and development initiatives
- Handling the meet and greet with external vendors
- Support various ad-hoc projects, such as DE&I
- Supporting colleagues, including on daily and BAU tasks
Your present skillset:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role, with a keen interest of a career in Human Resources and Talent Development
- High attention to detail
- Ability to operate at pace
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Stakeholder management skills
- Team-player, with ability to collaborate with colleagues
