How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will join our Al Raya program to fully immerse yourself in the world of retail by experiencing rotations in our boutique across different departments. You will be equipped with the fundamental key learnings of luxury retail while exploring the art of selling, soft skills, Cartier DNA, clientelling and operations during an extensive and immservive year long program of learning opportunities. At the end of the program, you will be fully equipped with the skills and experience for a fruitful career at Cartier. 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You are curious about working in retail and comfortable with shift-work & flexible to work on weekend and public holidays. You have minimum 2 years previous work experience in a customer facing environment with the ability to problem solve and engage with clients.

Your journey with us:

If your application is selected, you will receive an introductory call from a member of our Talent Acquisition team to explain further steps and discuss the opportunity. If there is a match from both sides, you will have a chance to meet with our Boutique Managers and HR Manager during an in-person assessment day in March. If we are positive from all sides and this is an exciting challenge for you, you will receive a job offer to join Cartier and a warm invitation to the team!
