As a member of the Client Experience & Treatment team at Van Cleef & Arpels, you will be the local liaison for the client department, developing local collaborations for best-in-class experiences (hotels, concierges, restaurants, etc.), designing, implementing, and managing one-to-one and one-to-many gifting programs, and spreading the client experience & treatment culture within and outside of the Maison.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Treatment Executive in managing client treatments and ensuring client satisfaction
• Assist in the implementation of CX campaigns and monitor campaign performance
• Act as a liaison between the CX team and Boutique Managers to facilitate the smooth execution of campaigns
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of gifts and services. Follow up on orders, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of supplier communications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client requests and treatments
• Collaborate with internal teams such as CRM, operations, and events to ensure alignment and support for client-related activities

Experience and Qualification Required

• This opportunity is currently available for UAE Nationals holding a valid UAE Passport & Family book
• Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Language requirement- Proficiency in English & Arabic
• Computer skills- Microsoft Office
