How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible for analysing, designing and delivering structured learning programme to support the Retail organization across Middle East, India, Turkiye, Saudi Arabia & South Africa. With a varied learning approach, consistent follow up and observations on the job, including workshop facilitation and coaching to support the boutique management teams. Your leadership will ensure the teams are equipped to exceed in their roles, whilst supporting an innovative and agile learning vision, feedback and coaching culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement a learning programme to support to clientelling, training, operational excellence and leadership using a blended learning approach in boutiques and off-site.
• Using observation tools, coaching and feedback your focus will be on the client experience and journey, commercial and leadership skills, working with stakeholders including local and regional L&D/HR, Client Team, Commerical and MarCom and subject matter experts.
• Design, develop and deliver learning and development solutions using instructional design and methodologies such as ADDIE model and have creative flair to bring innovative and digital learning solutions to the business. 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Arabic  with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. This role has a regional scope and the candidate must be willing to travel frequently to the MEIAT region. You are certified CIPD (Level 5 or above), and a minimum of 5 years professional experience as L&D Manager within an international matrix organization - experience in luxury, hospitality or retail is preffered. You are an inspiring people manager and have previous experience managing a small team & comfortable to grow and nurture talents for development within L&D.
