How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will manage and optimize the supply and stock availability, while respecting product strategy, central operations and commercial guidelines. You will be responsible for:

• Review, analyze & consolidate on a quarterly basis regional sales forecase for in range items in collaboration with HQ, managing phase in/phase out transitions and potential cannibalization effects. 
• Assess supply needs on a regular basis to guarantee a defined service level, according to target stock levels and complying with end of year estimated inventory target.
• Closely collaborate with Cartier Central Operations on definition and implementation of stock policy according to the collaborative forecast. 
• Finalize yearly forecase on novelties in coordination with Regional Marketing and HQ, defining launch assortment and last 12 months sales potential. 
• Monitor and report on performance through regular reviews, relying on KPI's such as sell-thru, fill rate, and on-time delivery. 
• Analyze inventory levels and actual sales vs forecase, proactively identifying changes in trent and planning potential overstock corrective actions, to reduce impacts of discontinuation and obsolescence creation.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English, French or Arabic is a plus, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You have 3 - 5 years of previous experience in supply chain or merchandising department with exposure to demand sales planning and/or supply planning. You are curious about the luxury market, and previous experience in jewelry, watches, accessories or beauty is a plus.  You are an advanced user of Excel and have SAP experience, Power BI is a plus. You have a team orientated spirit, are action and results orientated with good analytical skills.
