What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will act as an Ambassador of van Cleef & Arpels Maison and support Sales Associates during the sales process as well as increase the overall client experience. In this function:
• You will assist Sales Associates in welcoming clients, during client treatment and selling ceremonies, product and customer service presentations such as product-related documents & payment procedures, and daily clienteling activities such as gift cards preparation, purchase of small gifts, etc.
• You will follow Maison visual identity guidelines, provide support in events organization, contribute to operational tasks, monitor supply and product stocks, review and set up back-office sales tools, and build operational knowledge on all digital tools
