How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible in developing and implementing product strategies consistent with the company's vision in the MEIAT region & define the adequate strategy with each local market in the region. You will ensure the achieving budget of the region, define, pilot and implement product action plans and design best organizational process to support the markets whilst aligning with HQ & external partners within emerging markets. As a people manager, you are able to manage, motivate and develop the team & decide on priorities for each individual. You are able to participate in the recruitment of your team, spot talents & define and communicate individual objectives whilst evaluating performance.
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English (Arabic and/or French are a plus) with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. Your prior career experience included 15+ years in a senior Marketing position within an international organization - preferably from the luxury, retail, hospitality or beauty industry. You are analytical with a focus on ROI, have an eye for details, can work comfortably on Excel, BI & NSI. You are comfortable defining and implementing strategy and strive for business excellence. Our ideal candidate will have prior work experience and cultural understanding of the MEIAT region.
