How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will define and deploy the CRM strategies to maximize engagement and drive recruitment, conversion and retention. Using client insights, you will identify growth opportunities and challenges and be a key transversal player within the Marketing, Communications, Client and Commercial teams promoting a client-centric approach in all initiatives. In your scope, you will be responsible for; CRM Strategy & Performance, campaigns and clientelling programs, client data insights & transversal team management.
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic is a plus. You have 5+ years of related client experience in the luxury field and a strong experience in developing and managing customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
