As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible for analysing, designing and delivering structured learning programme to support the Retail organization across Middle East, India, Turkiye, Saudi Arabia & South Africa. With a varied learning approach, consistent follow up and observations on the job, including workshop facilitation and coaching to support the boutique management teams. Your leadership will ensure the teams are equipped to exceed in their roles, whilst supporting an innovative and agile learning vision, feedback and coaching culture. Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. This role has a regional scope and the candidate must be willing to travel frequently to the MEIAT region. You are certified CIPD (Level 5 or above), and a minimum of 5 years professional experience as L&D Manager within an international matrix organization - experience in luxury, hospitality or retail is preffered. You are an inspiring people manager and have previous experience managing a small team & comfortable to grow and nurture talents for development within L&D.
