Public Relations Coordinator

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Senior Public Relations Manager, in this role you will:

• Coordinate photoshoots, liaising efficiently with marketing, boutiques and security teams for the execution, as well as with publications from pitch to post-shoot follow up
• Attend HJ photo shoots in London, ensuring that the Maison is represented in the highest possible regard and creations are manipulated carefully
• Consolidate print and digital coverage to produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Track and report photoshoots ROI
• Coordinate daily press activities and support PR action plan
• Leverage existing relationship with junior editors and cultivate new contacts with junior local press community & stylists and Harrods editorial team
• Educate junior editors to our Maison values and transmit the story telling on our key messages and collections
• Pitch stories as identified and agreed with senior PR manager
• Provide insights on competitors activations, gifts and best practices that could be  relevant for the Maison
