The Opportunity
We have a newly created opportunity for a Manager – Brand Education & Advocacy to join our META marketing team. This permanent position will be located in Dubai and will report to the Marketing Manager, META.
Key requirements will include the ability to demonstrate strong fundamental understanding of and ability to articulate clearly around the global and local sports nutrition industry, GPN marketing, GPN brand and company histories, nutrition, exercise physiology, GPN ingredients, GPN products and application of the aforementioned to lifestyles.
- Training Internal Staff- conducting training program for all the internal + new employees on the category and basics of sports nutrition science. Educating on various products and categorisation of each product type.
- Training for Customers- conducting training programs for Retailers, Retailers Staff, Modern trade chains, Pharmacies, Online partners etc. on channel specific training modules followed by refresher trainings.
- Education Program for Key Influencers- conducting seminars (small/big) for trainers, nutritionist and fitness enthusiasts, educating them on Sports Nutrition Science and Product Science. This will be done level wise and certifications will be provided basis the level completion.
- Recruiting & managing influencer roaster, building advocacy of our brands with specific KOL Groups like Nutritionists, Sports Federations, Govt Sports Authorities etc.
- Training for Consumers- Educating end consumers and creating awareness about healthy and fit lifestyle, importance of nutrition and diet. Making them aware about dietary supplements and safety.
- #FitGCC Education Program- #FitGCC a CSR initiative by GPN with primary focus of educating and creating awareness on importance of nutrition and activity for better and healthy life, bringing about lifestyle changes and staying away from deficiencies.
- Corporate Seminars- Conducting large scale seminars in various corporates and educating them on Sports nutrition and role of supplements in healthy lifestyle.
- Content Development
The Skills you will bring to the team
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong and pleasant personality
- Technical knowledge around Food Science and Nutrition
- Flexibility & ability to multitask
- Can create rapport with the wider team.
- Significant industry experience and preference for a background in nutrition and /or exercise physiology (or related).
