Responsibilities:

• Provide top level global support of all Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Defender, Exchange.
• Provide guidance and support to regional admin teams and global service desk as part of a 3rd tier escalation team.
• Manage corporate identity provisioning and offboarding using Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra.
• Support Azure cloud operations including RBAC, PIM, MFA, conditional access policies.
• Collaborate with business partners and other areas of IT, using technology to drive innovation and support company growth objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in collaboration technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
• Proficient in M365 services, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong adaptability to a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating both individual initiative and effective teamwork.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
