The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile luxury brands portfolio with a fast-growing presence globally and inspiring team of leaders as Ecommerce Assistant.

In this role you will support the Digital Team with the delivery of L’Artisan Parfumeur’s website replatforming project. A key aspect of this position will be devising and ensuring the smooth running of the contribution roadmap, whilst also operating Content Management Systems to upload products and content. You will work cross-functionally with the Site Experience and Development Teams to conduct testing, attend demos and support with training the wider team on new tools and processes.

This is a hands-on role which will be involved in all aspects of the project – an amazing opportunity for an energetic online professional, keen to help take the brand to the next level!

What you'll get to do

• Own the contribution roadmap including identifying tasks and timeline, updating the wider project team on progress and identifying issues for escalation.  
• Collaborate with the Digital Team on uploading website and product content, and merchandising, through the CMS across our four sites. Ensure high standards are sustained throughout and all content is fully optimised for Digital.
• Ensure the website is organically optimised and adheres to SEO best practice at all times.
• Optimise onsite search tools in order to improve findability and customer facing experiences.
• Conduct end-to-end user testing to ensure content, categories, product information and checkout processes are accurate, functional, and user-friendly across different browsers and devices.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) on all Ecommerce platform releases, following test cases to ensure results meet the requirements set by the business. Responsible for raising any issues with your test cases in the relevant tracking software.
• Be a key point of contact for communication between the Ecommerce and Site Experience / Development Teams. 
• Support in developing training materials to educate users on tools and processes. Provide training sessions as needed to empower the team to effectively contribute to the website.

• A collaborative, passionate and hands-on cross-functional team player.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent verbal and written English.
• Previous Ecommerce CMS experience is essential (SAP Commerce Cloud experience is highly desirable).  
• Solid understanding and knowledge of UX/UI and online accessibility requirements.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding Digital consumer experiences.
