Reports to: SVP Distribution, French Speaking Europe, Italy, Spain & Portugal, with a dotted line to the Director of Sales Administration

Location: London

Contract: Fixed Term (6-month contract)

The Role

 

To provide comprehensive support to the sales process across EMEA, working closely with the Sales Coordinators, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Rights and Digital Media Services to ensure deal fulfilment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

French Speaking Europe, Italy, Spain & Portugal

  • Liaise with Digital Media Services to drive the creation of dubbed language assets
  • Follow internal dubbing approval process
  • Ensure access of dubs created by Licensees and other third parties
  • Create and continually update Excel WIP tracker for Western Europe, working closely with the Sales Coordinator
  • Support the Sales Coordinator to track all deals, attending to any post-sale issues
  • Data management and database management to ensure consistency and accuracy, including business written, screeners tracking, new and current client files
  • Maintain up to date client contact records and databases

 

EMEA

  • Support with pre and post - sale client servicing i.e. sending screening links and recommendation emails to clients outside of market period; troubleshooting client website issues; granting clients access to assets on FM Screenings; ad-hoc non DPS client queries
  • Input deals and create deal memos on rights management system following internal approval process
  • Regularly provide accurate program availability reports by territory using the DPS rights availability system (internal system)
  • Ad-hoc administration and coordination of activities as and when required
  • Liaise closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, Global Content, Digital Media Services and Legal. Work with these teams to source assets and other materials as required
  • Contacting clients for TX dates and updating Marketing/Global Content

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Previous experience working in customer service or an administrative support role
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to plan and organise projects, manage time and resources effectively and plan ahead in order to meet critical time deadlines
  • Good communicator, written and oral, who can present information in a clear and effective manner - internal liaison and external suppliers
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent relationship management skills and previous experience of dealing with clients
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, experience of Outlook advantageous, etc
  • Foreign languages (Italian, French, Spanish) advantageous, but not essential
