Job Title: AWS (Elastic Stack) Engineer

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Senior Engineer specialized in Platform Support to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our infrastructure. 
• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Elastic Stack technologies with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines. 
• This role requires the ability to troubleshoot complex issues implement scalable solutions and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver high quality services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide advanced support for the company platform infrastructure focusing on Elastic Stack components. 
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability. 
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery. 
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity. 
• Conduct regular performance assessments identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations. 
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide timely resolution of critical incidents. 
• Document processes configurations and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in platform support technologies. 
• Exposure to Ansible. 

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Elastic Stack technologies (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) with hands on experience in deployment configuration and optimization. 
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with popular tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, CI or CircleCI. 
• Experience with containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes and orchestration tools. 
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks. 
• Solid understanding of networking security principles and system monitoring tools. 
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
