Microsoft Dynamics Developer

The focus of your role

Capgemini is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice in the UK. This is a permanent, full-time position and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Digital Consulting career

What you’ll do

• The role will work with the initial suppliers providing the initial setup of the Customer Sales and Customer Insights product within the Client The aim as the team forms is to provide ongoing design development and change to the platform within the Client.
• The role will also work with the rest of the team to formulate the design standards and principles aligning with existing Client practices but in the context of Dynamics 365
• There will be demand from the business to expand on this and will be looking for the team to proactively input into future requirements providing the business with what is possible.
• Design implements configure test Dynamics 365 tenants and contribute to the overall Enterprise Dynamics 365 configurations and best practices
• Will be actively involved in supporting the wider business community in the delivery of Dynamics 365 Will actively support the migration of existing legacy SharePoint sites to the new strategic SharePoint Online platform.

• Community of Practice Framework and Standards Contribute to the client's Software Development Community of Practice to support and embed a sustainable Software Development Operating Model for SharePoint Be a thought leader in the implementation and ongoing enhancements of an IT Application framework standards and governance aligned to Client s Technology Strategy for Dynamics Work with and influence all IT disciplines in the overall setup and configuration of Dynamics 365 Knowledge Skills Experience
• Technical knowledge and experience in the design and setup of Dynamics 365 in the Enterprise
• Technical knowledge and experience of Dynamics Customer Sales
• Technical knowledge of UX design and configuration customization of Dynamics 365
• This would include the use of Dynamics processes flows and workflow to support business change on the platform It would be advantageous to have skills in technical expertise in the delivery of Dynamics-managed solutions via disciplined and controlled methods CI CD through all the environments to live
• Technical knowledge and experience of Dynamics Customer Insights
• Technical expertise in delivery using Azure DevOps of Dynamics solutions.
• Expertise in incorporating the use of standard patterns to support the use of unit test tooling custom Dynamics components wider expertise on other Dynamics 365 product.
