To manage data analysis plant-wide in order to drive Continuous Improvements forward.
Responsibilities:
Identify continuous improvements (CI) opportunities through performance analysis based on current KPI performance and targets.
Coordination and coaching of CI activities and identifying teams and team leaders in association with these activities.
Supporting, facilitating, and teaching the use and application of Lean Six Sigma analysis and tools.
Identifying potential for improvements in terms of goal deployment.
Provide analytical data in production improvement project and plan and lead the projects to ensure the best solutions for the business.
Display analysis of data in graph/pictorial format to ensure communication to stakeholders is clear and comprehensive.
Required skills / qualifications:
Educated to Degree level in Chemistry,
Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma qualification.
Knowledge of statistical process control, MS office packages and production processes.
Computer literate with excellent communication, problem solving and planning skills.
Knowledge of relevant ISO 9002 procedures and environmental requirements and Health & Safety/Hygiene regulations.
