Role Description:

To manage data analysis plant-wide in order to drive Continuous Improvements forward.

Responsibilities:

• Identify continuous improvements (CI) opportunities through performance analysis based on current KPI performance and targets.
• Coordination and coaching of CI activities and identifying teams and team leaders in association with these activities.
• Supporting, facilitating, and teaching the use and application of Lean Six Sigma analysis and tools.
• Identifying potential for improvements in terms of goal deployment.
• Provide analytical data in production improvement project and plan and lead the projects to ensure the best solutions for the business.
• Display analysis of data in graph/pictorial format to ensure communication to stakeholders is clear and comprehensive.

 Required skills / qualifications:

• Educated to Degree level in Chemistry,​​​​​​​
• Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma qualification.
• Knowledge of statistical process control, MS office packages and production processes.
• Computer literate with excellent communication, problem solving and planning skills.
• Knowledge of relevant ISO 9002 procedures and environmental requirements and Health & Safety/Hygiene regulations.
