Role Description:
Coordination of the packaging process for AMP-E UK end-to-end. Including oversight at the plant location as well as supporting the Sales teams with the reconciliation process at the customers.
Key Activities:
- Process management and oversight
Ensure that all parties follow the process. Being onsite at the warehouse locations and ensure right steps are followed. Designing and implementing of new processes and benchmarking way of working between locations.
- Packaging allocation
Ensure that right amount of packaging material is available at all needed location to avoid non-PPP production, line stoppage, IC shuttling
- Quality definition and control
Guarantee customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, implement a quality standard and benchmark quality per location; implement control procedure, train the operators
- Data accuracy
Ensure right data to enable reconciliation process with customer
- Coordinate reconciliation process with customer
Support Sales Manager and Customer Care to align on a regular basis on packaging stocks with customer
- Coordinate processing of actions as outcome of reconciliation process

Overall responsibility:
The Packaging Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive end-to-end packaging process tailored for the United Kingdom. In this position, it is imperative for the individual to meticulously manage and ensure the seamless processing of a substantial volume of UK packaging materials, encompassing 32,000 pallets + frames and 1.6 million layers.
This multifaceted responsibility extends to skillfully coordinating with various stakeholders, including warehouse suppliers, logistics partners, sorting companies, material suppliers, and trade customers. The Packaging Coordinator UK is entrusted with the crucial task of not only managing the logistics of these materials but also reconciling intricate details with each involved party.
