The Office Intern will be responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness, and efficiency at our Dallas Collaboration Center. The ideal candidate should have experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks and a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Oftentimes the first impression of Bounteous x Accolite, this role requires someone who is approachable, professional, energetic, and thoughtful. This is an on-site position at our Dallas Collaboration Center.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage Mail: Sort and scan mail- start identifying who needs to be contacted to internally manage the address change from Dallas to the appropriate new recipients
• Manage in office immigration paperwork
• Help with onsite meetings
• Greet visitors
• Keep office stocked with necessary supplies + snacks

Preferred Qualifications

• Office management, administrative, and/or assistant experience is a nice-to-have (but not required)
• Availability to work any combination of the following: 8 AM-2 PM, 9 AM-3 PM, 10 AM-4 PM CT
• Reliable transportation to be physically on-site at our Dallas office (6303 Cowboys Way, Frisco, Texas 75034)
• The ability to regularly lift 15 pounds (office supplies, etc.)
