Purpose
This role safeguards the assets and interests of the company, ensures transparency and financial governance, provides accurate and relevant information, and advises the business to make informed decisions.Key Missions
- Supporting Regional CFO in financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with local financial regulations, accounting principles, and standards, as well as with Group statutory and accounting requirements
- Conducts financial analysis and reporting (both for statutory and management reporting),
- Supporting the regional CFO in budgeting and forecasting, implementing tools helping oversee budgeting process.
- Supporting on reporting working capital & cash flow.
- Monitoring monthly close process ensuring quality & timely delivery across the region.
- Supporting Regional Tax functions, Tax compliance, Tax audit management and Transfer pricing policy compliance.
- Provides advice and expertise to managers to help them understand financial reports, develop budgets, enhance financial performance, and manage their financial responsibilities
- Supports internal stakeholders such as Legal, HR, IT, Insurance, Purchasing, Strategy, Regional Finance Team and Mergers and Acquisitions
- Contributes to acquisition due diligence and negotiations when needed.
- Supports transformation projects, including ERP implementation.
