The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,000 and $115,000*

Department overview
The Corporate Communications department is the central office that manages all communication activities for Nomura. It plans and co-ordinates high level events for clients and manages the firm’s corporate reputation in the Americas.
The team is currently made up of five core functions – External Communications & Media Relations, Internal Communications, Corporate Events & Sponsorship, Branding & Marketing, and Corporate Social Responsibility. All functions work closely with the Wholesale businesses (Global Markets [Equities and Fixed Income] and Investment Banking), Asset Management, the Office of the CEO and the Americas Executive Committee to support Nomura’s goals and market presence
Role description:
The position will be responsible for the planning, developing and execution of events and programs, principally focused on supporting corporate event and CSR activities. The candidate will also be expected to work with the wider Corporate Communications team on certain projects. The position reports to the head of corporate events.
