As an Account Manager you’ll be responsible for profitably retaining, developing, and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
We have three Account Manager opportunities covering:
• Public Sector Broadband Aggregation (PSBA) – the PSBA contract provides a variety of managed services to most public sector bodies in Wales, to support the success of the contract you’ll engage at senior level into public sector verticals in Wales including health, blue light, education, local authority, and other related public sector agencies.
• Jisc – the UK digital, data and technology not-for-profit organisation focused on tertiary education, research, and innovation, you’ll manage the Jisc customer relationship to drive accelerated customer growth, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Universities and housing – you’ll manage the universities and housing associations customer relationship to drive accelerated customer growth, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Develops successful, sustainable, and profitable long-term relationships with customers, including responsibility for escalation management.
• Develops a strong understanding of the customer’s requirements and transformational roadmap.
• Ensures robust account development plans exist for each customer accurately portraying the competitive landscape and how BT is positioned within it.
• Uses extensive knowledge of BT products and services to deliver commercially sound customer solutions/managed services whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Defines, develops, and owns key customer relationships and customer contact strategy and accountable for customer satisfaction improvements including increasing net promoter score within the accounts.
• A successful track record in delivering sales with demonstrated experience in business development, customer acquisition and solution selling.
• Although not essential, public sector experience and frameworks expertise would be beneficial.
