Your role; 

You will support and guide our customers during the setup and first weeks of service with us. Helping them when they have a complex technical or account issue, something that needs special attention and someone to take ownership to get it resolved. With the training we provide, you will be the expert that they need. Every interaction will deliver a brilliant, personal service.
