Why this job matters

You'll focus on making sure Wholesale operations run smoothly by collecting and reporting important performance indicators. It involves working closely with Wholesale Leadership and different teams to gather and share data, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall efficiency. You'll also supports planning, NPS reporting, and business management for Wholesale’s MD. Strong communication and presentation abilities, as well as experience managing various stakeholders, are necessary for success in this role.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Owns and manages the KPI collation and reporting for WLT
• Reports on how customer learning is impacting customer experience and NPS scores
• Pro-actively suggest actions that can improve effectiveness of Wholesale and work with relevant stakeholders to drive those improvements
• Lead the engagement plan across wholesale to ensure accurate and timely flow of information across various units
• Pro-actively track Wholesale MD’s meetings with senior stakeholders across BT and ensure all content and agendas are ready for review ahead of the meetings
 

What we would like to see on your CV

• Good presentation and excel skills incl PowerPoint presentations and modeling
• Experience in working across matrixed functions and dealing with senior executives (MD level)
• Good Stakeholder Management 
•Understanding of Wholesale Customer base and what other industries are doing to drive NPS performance and improvements
• Understanding of Wholesale strategy and Transformation strategy and the importance of NPS leadership
• Understanding of customer learning journeys and methods for delivery
 

The skills you’ll need

• Be able to quickly understand the component parts of Wholesales strategic priorities
• Define and communicate simply and articulately the insight that underpins and the activity that will deliver NPS leadership 
• Project management and planning skills – to define strategies to help support what our customers need and are asking for
• Able to execute in a complex organisation
